Returns

Kokoro Limited would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns for items purchased through our website. Our jewellery are hand-made treasures.  Because the jewellery is hand-made there will be some variation in shape and colour between items of the same design.  If you would like to return an item purchased through our website, please email us at sales@kokoro.world and our customer service team will assist you with the return and provide you with a return form.  In order for us to accept returned product they must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned within 14 days of purchase (within 21 days for international customers). Sale merchandise is redeemable for online credit only. If you would like to return an item, simply follow these steps: 

1) pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging; 

2) complete the return form provided by us to you; 

3) use an approved mail service to send the return package to the address listed on the return form. 

Return packages must be prepaid. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Kokoro is unable to refund shipping charges. For questions, please contact sales@kokoro.world .

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item purchased through our website, please email us at sales@kokoro.world and our customer service team will assist you with the exchange and provide you with a return form. All exchanges must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery (within 21 days for international customers). Sale merchandise is redeemable for store credit only. To return item(s) for an exchange, please complete the following steps:

1) pack the item(s) in their original packaging;

2) mark ‘exchange’ on the return form provided by us to you, complete the form and include it in your package;

3) use an approved mail service to send the return to the address listed on the return form.

Return packages must be prepaid. Kokoro is unable to refund shipping charges from your original order, however new shipping charges will not apply for your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return.
